I havn't received any wrong or defective DVDs and they seem to ship em fast and furiously. I'm very happy, and surprised that other's aren't. I really enjoy that if you don't get your most wanted DVD, they ship you extras past your limit. It's a nice touch, and much cheaper than going to Blockbuster a few times a month.
