i believe that the first rule is supposed to be 3 minutes without air because ive been outside all day and yet im here typing

Well many people would consider all three presuppose terrible conditions.

One seldom knows when the conditions will change.

It is not whether it is strictly true, a generalization, the value for me is it influenced thought and conversation.

For someone with such a strong dislike for generalizations, this is a surprising post.

Also, I think the third rules presupposes terrible conditions while the first two presuppose at least normal conditions.
