Does your CEO know how difficult this is for a paying, semi-knowledgeable customer, to try his best to give you his money for upgraded service and be met by automatic email replies? Or the second course affirmation that additional services beyond those projected and advertised are necessary?

It’s all fine. Just help me out. I’m sitting here, willing to give you my money. And no human support.

So I’ll just wait then.
