We've owned several houses in several cities over the years and they all start the same way. But it's worth it. Now, for the first time in 26 years, we're tenants, without any kids around - just a couple of dogs. And we love it. Of course, the reality is that moving here from Hamilton, the sticker shock on housing is significant - at least for the near future. Good luck with your new home.
