Owned

Julia and I are now owners of… a mortgage attached to a house.

Saturday Mar 3rd, Julia and put in an offer on a house, for the second time. There was another offer and because of our previous attempt, we did not want to get our hope up. Well, our offer was accepted.

It was a busy week of inspections, photocopying and faxing.

On Friday, Julia and I took off our pre-conditions. We are now committed. We now own are owned by a mortgage. We move in May 5th.

    Congrats on the ownership and with it the power to decide just how your living space looks and can be changed at.

    You got the mortgage bit wrong though - they own you ;)

    Congrats! Hope it goes smoothly. Sarah and my experience sort of turned nightmarish overnight.
