Yesterday, Julia and I made an offer on a house that was accepted!
We have a lot to do this week to remove our “conditions”. We are both excited, though both appreciate we are at the beginning of the process.

Congratulations, Lloyd! I’ve been looking at houses for the better part of nine months now, and it’s quite an ordeal. To finally find one and have your offer accepted must be a big (temporary) relief. Enjoy!
