		<description>I have seen something similiar when I was purchasing from a different website. I really hate it when you don't even know how much your paying. The only thing that bothers me more than that is when a price says "Add to Cart To See Price". Ugh</description>

		<description>I'd have to believe that Donncha's correct.  Both the US and Canada are very weak when it comes to protecting consumers.  It shouldn't be legal to charge someone without an invoice for the amount being charged.  

But yes, there's also a fair amount of blame for the mac fanboys who put up with that crap.</description>

		<description>Haha, for once the EU got something right - VAT is charged at the local rate so if I bought something from a German site they charge VAT at 13% AFAIK instead of the Irish rate of 21%!

There was talk about charging VAT at the rate of the buyer but I think that's died. Hopefully!</description>
