Since I first met Matt just over a year ago, he was a leader that I respected. He is incredibly thoughtful, articulate, and action oriented. The opportunity to work with him was a significant reason in my decision to join Automattic.
Matt being action oriented, and also modest, likely contributes to his blog being “crisp”.

I enjoy when Matt is talking, so I appreciate that he keeps a non-chronological?! listing of all his speaking.

There have definitely been some good ones, but I’d have to agree with you… the BAYCHI talk Matt did by far was one of my favorites. It really set his personal bar high, I thought. I don’t think I’ve ever heard him that entertaining, funny or comfortable, honestly. Lucky for you that you caught, IMHO, the best speaking gig he’s had by far.
