“I have arrived!” and I am having the time of my life. I am now in the San. Fran. Bay area living with the Flock. Literally. I am staying with Chris and Andy at The Langpad, and putting in the long hours at work. My photo stream and my favorites reflects the fun I have been having. It is hard to believe that I have only been here a few days.

The whole team is some of the kindest and brightest people that I have ever met. I get to work with them! They are members of fantastic communities of people both online and in person. I have never felt so welcome and so empowered to succeed in life and work.

The only thing missing for me, and it is significant, is that Julia is not here.

There is a lot of work ahead, but I am confident that we will continue to conquer it while having fun. Flock on!
