Robin led meeting with Daryl, Manish, and Gandalf on sysadm position to fill.
Robin led meeting about release status, and measuring status.
Meeting with Gandalf and Robin about Bugzilla, Firefox 2.0 roadmap.
Meetings with Chris, Vera, and Daryl about web, community infrastructure and strategy.

Today, I spent my time:

Worked with Ian on resolving not prompted to login to delicious
Worked with Yosh on his bug list, mostly Feeds component
Mentored Flockstar Jake Dahn in bug confirming, and finding and confirming adblock and grease monkey  extensions that work with Flock, now it is in Daryl’s competent hands to update them.

Yesterday, on 20051206, I spent me time:

Working on establishing a clean build, but not prompted to login to delicious
Working through contact email. It is now down to 30 emails (=10 new ones read)
Cleaning up the spam in the Mailman mailing list queues
Discussion of Flock’s extensions catalog strategy
Discovered Miahz’s fantastic work on getting his LCD theme [...]

WIP 20051205

Today, I spent my time:

Working through contact emails. It is now down to 44 emails. Once this is done, I can start working down the 2799 feedback.
Continuing to keep up with at least reading the day’s feedback. That was 13 feedback emails today, about half of which I responded to.

More mercurial in my life

As Robin announced, “Mercurial Working! *sort of*” for Flock development (wiki).
Summary of this post:

Flock development migrating to Mercurial SCM.
Currently, Flock continuous builds are not being made.
The Flock team have re-grouped and we are moving forward with renewed energy!
The next release targetted for early adopters is scheduled for mid-January.
